Forced to cook from a young age to save himself from a diet consisting solely of freeze dried meals and Mr Kipling cakes, Mike is currently losing the battle between his love of food and the need to lose weight.

Nicki Tudor - Writer.

With Italian-Welsh roots, a love of food was inevitable. In her mid Twenties, Nicki began with a Myspace blog in 2006 which led to several of her reviews being featured on ilovecf.com.

Loves: Sashimi tuna.  Hates: Aubergines.

Sarabjit Parmar - Writer.

Currently studying for a BA Hons in Media Writing and Creative Writing, Sarabjit is also enhancing her qaulifications in the nail industry. She loves food therefore is lucky she doesn’t put on the pounds! Nothing gets her more excited than the prospect of eating decent chicken!
